Winners will be chosen *based on the quality of their article about their favorite hometown location or event. Qualifying articles will be published in the State Reports section of ClassBrain.com The choice of the winners of the competition and the choice of the student authors who qualify for publication, are made at the sole discretion of the ClassBrain staff.
